As far as I’m concerned everything here is unraveling at an exponentially faster rate than normal, and as usual you seem oblivious to it all. I imagine you re-arranging deck chairs on the titanic as the ship slowly takes on water as the hysterical masses that surround you scream and shove people out of the way to get to the few remaining lifeboats. They all know the score. It’ll probably hit you when your frostbitten fingers slip from the piece of ice you’ve been clutching as your head slips beneath the surface of the water and you take the first lungful of water instead of air. Drowning. And you’ll find yourself wondering where it all went wrong. I could have warned you. I could have told you that this would happen. But no matter how I twist it in my mind there is no way you would have ever listened anyway.
To all the people on here who are flitting through, and to all of the kids from the current generation who couldn’t string together a sentence if your life depended on it: This place used to be something else. And the embers will never fade, but this is the way that things are, and if there is truly a sin against life, it does not exist in the hatred of this life, but moreso in wishing for another and denying the implacable grandeur of this one.
I am with smoothline. To the rest of you SHAME. less than foward slash three.
