what a funny topic, i was just laughing to myself at the fact that most people know my gtr Jett ran a 10.815, with a few mods here and there. the car is sold now after i rebuilt it the actual funny part of this story is that when we stripped the car down, we found out that it ran the 10sec pass, with stock injectors, stock AFT, nos didnt work from faulty line, stock fuel pump, had t78 kit, twin plate clutch and computer,( that was faulty) and 4in exhaust from turbo. so looking at it realistically, t78kit second hand would cost about 2k, plus you can get a second hand twin plate for about 500-1000, second hand computer for 500-800.( tuning another few hundred ) and full exhaust for about 1200 from livo exhaust. total = between $4200-$6000 very doable i think

all these tuners are good, I had my car tuned at C&V for many years and never had a problem, for 3 years never had to change anything and nothing ever blew up, they brang the car from 300awkw to 380awkw just from tuning. Then my mate said go to CRD to get your car tuned their, what an idiot i was for listening to other peoples advise, the only way to find out who the best tuner is for you is to try a few of them out...
