it better not be ecu - just got that brand new ap power fc :S i'll test coilpack i know was working from another cylinder and igniter pack also got some new plugs just to be safe - BCPR6ES, but might have to regap them a little...

i just wire my gtr resistor pack into my rb24 and simply left that little one where it was... there is a write up in the DIY thread this helped me to as it says "Do it myself"

yep well i dont want the grill - i've sent big sully a PM - maybe u give him a shot?

i will try isolate the issue some more and then i will try to see if the coilpack which is not working - works on another cylinder. I will also try the igniter pack this is all on a Cefiro RB24 with power FC thanks for the help - keep the info coming the more i can test the better! thanks again -Matt

hi there i've had an issue recently with misfiring. seems that once the car gets some heat in #2 doesnt want to spark. Its a RB24 / hks 2530 / pfc / gtr inj etc... I just tried replacing that one coilpack with about 4 others i had laying around, but no luck. I taped around the bottom of the original one incase there was a hairline crack or something and spark was getting out. still nothing. I then took the coilpack out and checked for spark with the base near my intercooler piping. And nothing again... does this mean that: - the coilpack is dead - or possibly that i have an electrical problem and the coilpack isnt getting, power or earth (how would i go about checking this) Big thanks, need to sort this out asap all help is appreciated BTW - i have checked the gaps on the plugs all 0.7 and plugs seem to be in good condition thanks -Matt

RACESPEC are getting some in i'm led to believe!!! www.racespec.com.au they're not listed but ask him - tell him i sent you

take it to a dyno - get them to do a 'power run' just to check that all you air fuel ratio's are all ok and the boost is actually what the gauge is reading. should cost about $50 also see what power its making now
