so whats the deal if, il use a slightly modded car for example, jet gets an engineer cert for his ride? will that affect the epa's testings/results?

im sure there is 1 or 2 good cops out there...but the other 99% ask for the attitude they get but then i wouldnt be a cop if you payed me too:p with the crap they have to do and people they have to put up with...i'd turn into an asshole too!
