if your car came with a airbag in the steering wheel as standard, then it is a defect to replace the steering wheel with an aftermarket one

just having a look in the post your r33 thread.. pics from april and probably back are not showing, is there a chance of these coming back or should I tell ppl who are asking me to just re post them if they can ?

I had my car broken into outside my house, $2k of stereo equipment gone while I was at work all night didnt drive to work cos a mate offered me a lift, so I figured why not, save some money on fuel.. came home to find my boot open and my tail lights gone

if you can get a airbox for $80 go for it.. I have a custom one myself, and you dont lose the induction noise just becomes a little bit quieter. just check that it all lines up.. after market pods etc are not all the same, so whatever they measured to pre make it, may not be the same as what you have under your bonnet

ok cool, thats all I wasnt sure about. wether or not you have already been defected and wanted to know if points were to also be taken (or really given as you pick up points you dont really lose them, once you gain a certain amount, then you lose your licence) or if you wanted to know if it happens in the future will the points on ur licence be affected.. now that that is cleared up.. lol Your best bet would be to send an email to the RTA, they have contacts section and ask them the question, also ask them for links to prove the information as some times it can be contradicting. But I think Smoky or Corinne answered the question in here, but getting the answer from RTA wouldnt hurt. cheers

why dont we follow what the rules say in the community threads for now? if you broke the rules, you get warned, thats it. if it continues, 2 day ban or worse, if more, get rid of the whorethreads.

there is already a event section that if people are organising events, even only for certain nsw regions, they should be using that

I think that the argument that came around thismorning was resolved by the people that started it and everyone shouldnt be punished for it. The fact that it was resolved shows alot more matturity than what has been around as of late. just my 2 cents.

it is confusing but what I have been told, is that I can have the pod or I can have the fmic but not both. But would I then be allowed both if they were engineered?

as I dont know for sure, only hearsay. You are only allowed one induction mod. Ie. only fmic or only pod. But if the pod is engineered and the fmic is engineered, are they ok together or only one or the other/

glad to see the issues here self resolved, unless anyone stil has an issue? but to be on topic what about if you have a completely enclosed pod and a fmic? still defectable?

As the topic states, its a 34. but I still dont think there would have been a hole there, I cut the hole for my 32, mates cut there for their 33's.. Unless its a gtr it should be solid. Unless the piping for a stock gtr cooler is different. i havent actually checked the pipping for gtr before so iono
