  1. ^ You should be able to buy all Infiniti badging for around $30 delivered
  2. I'd say it'd just be a swap, try Ebay
  3. I was going down the false advertising path, i understand what you're saying though.
  4. What do you mean by this? I hope you don't mean by rebadging your car as an Infiniti you're going to get a higher resale figure..
  5. I've seen a few cars around that have a good amount of the tyre sitting outside the guards but whether or not they've been defected for it i wouldn't have a clue. I hope my rims don't look stupid without spacers or else i'm going to put 2 10mm ones at the back anyway.
  6. I'm not looking for "stance" all i'm trying to do is make the edge of my tyre/rim flush with the guards. Seriously, why's that? I've seen loads of people with a lot of camber and stance.
  7. Alright so that sounds like a good deal, might look into that a bit further it would save me loads getting the Tein springs than Z springs. Besides, although the roads in Mackay are disgustingly bad i am more than likely moving in December to Townsville which has a lot better roads.
  8. They are pretty pricey though upwards of $800 delivered. Those Tein's are cheap as hell, is that a bad thing or is that a genuinely awesome deal?
  9. Hmm, 1.5'' drop http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/TEIN-S-TECH-LOWERING-COIL-SPRINGS-03-08-NISSAN-350Z-Z33-EXC-CONVERTIBLE-/290656667823?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item43ac7cc8af#ht_964wt_902
  10. That's right yes, i would like to maintain comfort as the roads are shit and try not to lower it at all but still have a nice set of 20s. 350Z springs are a great idea i'll look into them
  11. again, mines on the right
  12. mines on the right. same height
  13. Believe me it is, even when our cars are parked next to each other it looks like my cars lower when it's stock. F*ck this is confusing, i need to speak to a rim/tyre specialist
  14. I don't get how that works, my mate has the car car same stock suspension with 20's and it looks good. Eh..
  15. I'm at work, my computer blocks all images. But, i'm guessing it's a picture of ummm... maybe a monster truck with 20s?
  16. I'm avoiding lowering my V as the roads in my town are terrible. Can you explain why it will look stupid?
  17. Ben don't you have 3 Nissans? R32, 350Z, 180SX
  18. About to put a deposit on these gorgeous rims, just after a bit of feedback on the fitment. Sizes are: 20x8.5 +25 Front 20x10 +25 Rear. I have stock suspension and I DO have access to a guard roller if needed, i have also been recommended 10mm spacers all round. I'm just curious as to how they are going to look with stock springs i don't want them to look stupid. Any feedback would be appreciated.
  19. Yep, i wonder why most of the Skyline owners in Mackay don't join this forum. Been seeing more and more lately, think there's a new white R34 GTS-T ( i think ) green p's only seen it once.
  20. Each to their own indeed, i know if i had a 370GT i would not be calling it an Infiniti, i like being unique.
  21. All the American's that i talk to on the V35 Coupe Driver's FB page know that their G35's are Skylines, they just call them "G'S" and G35's because that's what they are made as in their country. Surely you guys understand that. In regards to rebadging your V35 as an Infiniti purely because you THINK that people don't recognise you as a Skyline driver, that is the silliest things i've heard.. stand for what the car is manufactured as who gives a f*ck if people don't think you're a "real skyline driver"
  22. Very good advice! and it's only $20, i just ordered one myself. Could come in handy
  23. Sounds familiar have you tried the search engine to see if anyone else has had the same problem? Brake fluid is Dot 4, if it's got dot 3 in it i would flush it. I changed all the fluids when i bought my 03 coupe because i was unsure as to what he used.. I would definitely change brake fluid and check everything else while your there. Your mechanic doesn't know what the problem is?
