    Before i bought the car i checked the KW restrictions and if the car was banned, and it's not. In NSW the 350GT is on the list of prohibited P plate vehicles. Unlucky! I've never had any troubles with police whatsoever, even if these cars do turn illegal in QLD i will have an exemption because i purchased it before that came into play.

    I do agree with you though, you would think these cars will appreciate slightly since we won't be able to get them anymore.

    Value won't increase if your car has 200K on the clock, the older it gets the more money you will lose. Unless it's something like a 65 Mustang..

    And they're illegal in Melbourne? I'm in QLD on my green P's with a 350GT. But, we have a 210KW limit although the car is still illegal for me as the power to weight ratio is higher than the legal limit

    Why didn't you get a 350GT?! I clean my car as much as i possibly car, basically because i like looking at a nice car showing all of it's glory. My 350GT doesn't have the T.V so no comment on that one. Do you drive an auto or manual and does your car have CAI or an exhaust system?

    It's N/A bro. Yeah i think that's going to be the go i may just have to wait until then. Ahh really, that's roughly what i'm getting per 100km though. I will fill up tonight and do a test, all i do is to and from work and out to ooralea a bit.

    Mines decreased a lot, yes i pulled the MAF out of the stock intake and into the Injen system. Didn't have any problems though it was just straight plug in. I'm probably getting not even 500km off a tank now

    This was my initial thoughts but i had a friend recomend get a tune after i do the exhaust. I have noticed since installing the CAI that my fuel is absolutely guzzling out

    As am i, i'll only purchase them if i can't find any good quality RHD lights. Might actually end up buying the aftermarket CCFL xenon's and replace the bulbs for 8000k or something.

    I know haha, especially when i'm good mates with 1 other V owner but the 3rd bloke is some guy in his 50's (i think) with Infiniti badges... For sure that would be awesome!

    V35 but the engines are the same, both VQ35DE. Definitely not what i wanted to hear haha.. might have to wait until Townsville

    Can anyone recommend a place to get a decent tune? I've heard to stay away from Monster performance. I'm running Injen CAI, Kinetix V+ Upper Plenum & soon to fit an exhaust so i want to get a tune done before i go to Townsville in December to get the air/fuel ratio back to normal and a bit more power. Thanks

    Not really no, i will try this though. But with my lights, the Right side Top light doesn't work so it's not going to be that accurate. I can always adjust them a bit, besides i've seen countless amounts of cars at night that are very bright even some stock lights in new cars. I think it was a camry last night blinded the hell out of me.

    Thanks for that Alex, good to know nothing major needs to be done. I can basically do all of that from my garage. Kevin, i have a manual but yes that is good for you! too bad there are no reputible mechanics in my town

    See this is what annoys me, i have had SO many people be like "ohhh no don't get them you will blind everyone blah blah blah" then when i ask someone that ACTUALLY has the lights they aren't that bad. My mate has USDM projectors on his Ralliart and they're fine be barely had to adjust them. I'm going to buy the 06 G35 projectors.
