my vinyl overlay literally came in the mail last night, they are already cut out with all the holes where the lights are so it doesn't affect the brightness. I am putting it on tonight along with my mates car so i'll post pics

You aren't the first person to recommend both those brands, I am about to pull the trigger on a set of Tein S-Techs 1.5'' drop all round about $300 delivered. Not sure if i should get shocks while i'm at it, mines on stock shocks with 85,000KM. Also: I never thought i'd say this but is that a Supra..? Headlights are the only recognisable part of the whole car lol.

That's disgusting man.. i've never had someone abuse me other than that incident i just wrote about. It's usually people admiring or wondering what it is.

First of all - good thread to come back alive in this section. Secondly, i get this ALL THE TIME. I live in a mining town, so a lot of young people like myself have money to play with and have expensive cars. I get every type of car try to race me any time of the day, i even get bogans in Patrols and Hiluxes try to race me and it's so frustrating. Also the fact that there's so many P platers driving SV6 commy's and think they're mad with stockies on the back doing sick bruzz burnouts lad. Like many others have said, I don't like thrashing my car because i love it too much and don't want to lose it/my lisense/my life. One instance i was traveling 2 hours to see my sister and i was on the high way (by myself) music on just relaxing on the drive nek minut i get a black monaro come right up my arse out of nowhere, at this point there was nothing else on the road, and i was about 20 mins away from my destination. The Monaro followed me ALL the way to where i was going with high beams on, blaring the horn, waving out the window trying to get me to pull over and tail gating me. All i did was pull into the cop shop when i got into town and the 2 dickheads f*cked off. Basically, they were going to take my car end of story. This is also another thing we need to be careful of, we drive attractive and reasonably rare cars so essentially we are in the target of cars that are likely to get stolen, so be careful! But in terms of people trying to race me, i ALWAYS check around where i am constantly for Police. But in saying that i never speed unless i know it's safe and think i have a chance against the car. People bait me daily to race them but i just ignore them. Friday and Saturday nights is the worst especially if i'm driving to my girlfriends or something which is other side of town i will ALWAYS get a car full of people pull up next to me trying to race in a fart can. On the other hand, the attention from the girls isn't too bad when you get a car full of them pull up next to you admiring (gf hates it). Just the other night i had a car load of morons in a old corolla annoying the f*ck out of me swerving in and out of traffic getting up next to me then accelerating.. it's so pointless they know they have a peice of shit car but still think they're cool in front of their mates. If i punched it past them no doubt with my luck Police would come out of the woodwork and book me so i don't even bother..

Yeah, i just have the front Nissan badge on for the time being until i order a black grill with no badge. It's funny seeing people overtake me and i see them staring at my car, then they get past me and do a 360 in their seat to look at the front badge haha.

There is a DIY on the forum floating around somewhere for the window. Cheap but time consuming, seen great results though

Good point, I have my 350GT fully debadged because i know that i am 1 of 3 V35 owners in my town so i guess it leaves people thinking "damn that's nice, but what is it?" that's my logic anyway. But same as what Joshua says if i had a R series skyline GTR i would leave it badged definitely.

What sort of condition? i've seen immaculate 18'' stock premium rims for $650 a set. I think they might be worth posible 2-300 more being Rays and bigger. Negotiate with the buyer

Personally if i was going to buy this exhaust i'd get it all done from their head office. Freight prices are ridiculous because of weight, it sucks!

Quite sure MD TXD V2 is the best sounding exhaust for our engines by a long shot, also thanks for doing research for me i'm strongly thinking about saving for this exhaust i've heard amazing reviews. Also did you beat the price down at all on the exhaust system/freight price?

Lol man i mean i opened the bonnet and went in through that way behind the light. Didn't touch the wheel arch lining haha. It was difficult but quicker than taking the bumper off.
