Was wondering if someone could help me with a legal issue please. My GF and I had her kids last weekend ( we get them every 2nd Sat & Sun) and the middle child, a boy had a loose tooth. The tooth was that sore he couldn't eat. So I asked him if he wanted me to remove it for him. He said yes. I asked the GF and she also said yes. So I removed the tooth. Now on Sunday night, the GF's ex ring up ranting and raving and carrying on about how he is going to have me up on assault charges for pulling the boys tooth out. (A) is this possible?? (B) what can I do about him ringing up all the time and making these threats? would it be worthwhile reporting it to the police?

I'm thinking of buying a radar detector for my R34. I'm not a hoon and I don't speed but I do want to be cautious. I was wondering if any of you guys get picked on from cops for having radar detectors. There's a shop in Perth that sells radar detectors and they say it's 100% legal in WA. http://www.radarsdirect.com.au/faq/ Can cops in WA pick up signals from radar detectors and will know that you have one? I'm looking at buying the Valentine 1 as it seem to be the popular choice

240z with an RB30DET, Vic roads registration issues Dear Sau Community, I am planning on swapping an RB30DET into a 240z. I was wondering if anyone can see any blatant breaches of any VicRoads or Epa laws? I have read on here a Skyline with an RB30DET is illegal due to a modern Skylines emission standards and how it is a larger engine. I see the reasons that were explained there but do they still apply to a much older 240z? I plan on getting an RB30E engine block and replacing the head with a twin cam one from an RB25 skyline. Due to the engine being newer, having EFI, possessing double the valves, crossflow design and a better spark plug position it would be much more environmentally friendly than an older carburated engine despite it being 0.6L bigger than the L24. Does anyone know if the EPA has an issue with this? Maybe some turbocharging action could come later but for now, the swap is the biggest issue. It would also be very much appreciated to hear from anyone knows someone or has done it themselves who has tried and either failed or succeeded, your knowledge on the topic would be a great help. Also, anyone who has a completely legal RB swap in an S30 would be awesome too. I wait for your replies with bated breath. Regards, JSBlueGuy

R32 with RB25DET Legal Issues - VIC Hey Guys, I've had a good stalk through the past topics but can't seem to find anything that hits the nail on the head. Im going to purchase and R32 soon and I am pretty obviously keen on getting one with an RB25DET. However I'm not sure on the legalities/ insurance issues of this. I wanted to get some feedback from people who are running the engine conversion in their 32. I've heard that the R32's can be registered with the RB25, however i'd need an engineer's cert to avoid cop trouble ? If so, how much did it cost you to get your engineers cert? How did you go about insurance? Thanks all and apologies if this seems like bit of a noob question James

Hey guys, So I'm working on getting my Stagea ready for a blueslip in NSW. It's got a Blitz Blow off valve which is not passable. The return is capped, can I plumb it back through the BOV or will I need the OEM turbo recirculation valve? Not a great pic, but here it is.

Hi fellow skyline enthusiasts. I am changing my rego from Nsw to ACT registration as i purchased my car from NSW but hold an ACT license. I failed my first attempt at the Pits at the Dickson inspection station because one of the flanges on the exhaust hit the metal ridges which protude from the surrounding of the pit. I was asked to just turn as there was no point in doing a further inspection. I am having the flanges cut off and the whole exhaust piping tucked closer into the chassis and also raising the car to a height which will clear the 90mm limit for the pit. My car is well maintained mechanically. I was just wondering if i would have an issue with FMIC and (intercooler piping), POD filter (secured at 2 different points) and bleed valve. Mods to my 34 are as follows: FMIC POD Filter secured at 2 points Bleed valve Running stock boost (9psi) 3.5" HKS silent power exhaust new Pirellis all round on 18's Fully serviced Any insight or previous experiences at the Dickson motor registry would be great as i don't want to throw more cash at these guys for another inspection fee of $80 plus the waiting time for a booking being 1-3 weeks. Is it legal to import and register a Nissan Stagea in America? Hello, I'm a teen relatively new to the "tuner" scene. I discovered the work of art the is ,the Stagea, and would really love to own one. I've seen online estimations for the cost to buy and import one to the nearest port to where I live (which is in the U.S). The numbers are in my budget, but now I do not really know if it would be possible to legally import and register one. If there is somewhere I could go to find this info, or one of you already know, please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank You, Caleb

Front pair of GTR nur standard shocks for sale (good condition) had them on my gt-t for a few days, but caused the tyres to scrape while braking. $200 ono I will also have a set of standard R34 shocks for sale in a few weeks. $250 - open to offers Only used to pass rego and in great condition.
