  1. Hey guys Im about to place a bulk order for my R32 GTR in the states. Im kinda stuck between the Cusco Street Zero A's (8/10 spring rates) and the HKS Hipermax IV SP (7/7 Spring rates) Wheels are 18x9's with either a 255/35 or possibly a 265/35. Also when is a front camber arm needed roughly? To give an idea of the ride height im gonna have I included a couple pics below. Id perfer to stick with the Cusco fixed arm in the front vs an adjustable I see they offer 3 different sizes +5mm, OEM and -10. Im assuming for my planed ride height the OEM would be better? Thanks for the help.
  2. G’day Had a good look through, however surprisingly hasn’t been covered. Looking at getting a bit more squat out of the rear end of my R32, currently has quantum racing coil overs which are more suitable to circuit work. With the discontinuation of the HKS Hipermax drag coil overs what are people running these days for trips down the strip? car is by no means an all out drag car, i use it for as many different events as possible, however wouldn't mind having a set of rear coil overs to bolt in when looking to do some drag passes Cheers,

  15. Nismo R-tune rear coilovers R34 GTT R33 GTR These are of a higher grade than s-tune with height adjustability and 8 dampening settings. Bought these to replace my R34 GTT rear s-tune coilovers. After installing them and playing with height, spring tension & dampening settings came to the conclusion that they are not a match for s-tunes at the front, mostly height-wise. May suit someone who has front coilovers with height adjustability. Will throw in a c spanner with them as well. $250 Negotiable.

  17. Advice/Recommendations: R34 Suspension repairs + coilovers Hey guys. I took my R34 GTT to Pedders for a full Brake, Steering and Suspension check after noticing some changes in my steering and road feedback. Turns out I need about $1300 in wear and tear repairs, and I also need to replace all 4 shocks. They said the only company that would make shocks for my car would be Bilstein and I'd need to get their Sports range which would end up costing me a fortune, and I'd be better off getting coilovers. They quoted me $1900 extra ($3200 for everything) for their own coilovers. But they reckon the maximum ride height of their coilovers is slightly less than my current height (factory height), and I really don't want to lower it (my baby is all stock after all). I would prefer to get a full coilover conversion than just replace the shocks, but does this mean I will need to lower it a touch? Are the Pedders coilovers good quality? ie would you recommend them? or if not, who should I look at? Is the price quoted reasonable? Thanks for any and all advice!

  21. KTS rear coilovers for R33 GTS-T I've upgraded the coilovers on my R33 so I no longer need these rears. So, its a pair of rear coilovers made by KTS in Japan and since bringing the car to Australia I swapped out the springs to make it a little more suited to the pothole spec roads we have here. The springs are therefore changed from 7 down to 5kg/mm which is still firm and sporty but not bone jarring like they were before. Also I have changed the bottom mounts out to polyurethane ones from Driftworks in the UK to eliminate any uncertainty in the softer rubber mounts. Pick up east side of Melbourne, $150 Pm me

A few scratches and dents is very usual for a 19 years old car. Front wide guard and boot spoiler is in flat black, rear wide fender hasn't been put on yet but will come with the sale. Oil sump has minor leaks, but nothing serious at all, maybe a couple drops a month that's all. I have been very honest with the condition of this car, I'm a car enthusiast, countless hours and dollars spent on her, I will be very sad to see her go, but due to some reasons life has to move on, I wish her can go to a good home, put on the rear wide fenders and a fresh layer of paint job, and she will be the best R34 you have ever owned. $18000 ono 0432299922 Shaun REGO till May. RWC is not supplied! Price is quite firm, low ball offers will be ignored. 23. WTB: Lowering springs or coilovers to suit R34 GT-T Within the next week or so, I'm looking to purchase some lowering springs (Tein, Kings) for my 34 and was wondering if anyone had some they wanted to offload, or a used set of coilovers to suit even. Was looking at getting Teins lowering kit (springs) as I'm set on springs, but theyll come from the UK. Hoping I can take something off of someone's hands

  25. Lowering GTT Coupe / Coils & Springs Alright gents, I need some genuine advice on something that must've been covered 1,000 times and I'm still hearing two arguments after doing some reading for the past two hours. Objective: lower my stock R34 GT-T to maximum legal limit (legit, it's like a patrol at the moment) Budget: $800-$1000 including install Want: lowered look with comfort but not wanting race-quality stuff. Car is a daily and I do a lot of highway driving Conflict: springs are cheap and will lower to what I want but will kill my shocks. Coilovers are great but don't necessarily want to spend 2k on suspension just for a daily Really really unsure which way to go here, but I see a ton of lowered 33's around my town and they all go springs/shocks and have no complaints. I'm smart enough to know that the poor man pays twice so I need some suggestions with the above information. Is there an in the middle option between spending bugger all on lowered springs to achieve what I want then getting smashed around and paying later for it, and entry level coilovers that'll probably do things I don't necessaryily need them to do? Thoughts?
