Also, if you haven't already got rear diff mounts a have a set of unopened whiteline ones I'm trying sell.

I did mine a couple of weeks ago, fairly simple process just a bit time consuming. You doing the subframe bushes while its out? Basically, remove exhaust from cat back, un-bolt tail shaft (marking the position of the flanges first), remove rear calipers, disconnect the hand-brake cables and unbolt the brackets from the sub frame, put 2 jacks under the frame and jack them up till they are holding the weight of it, remove the 4 bolts on the subframe, lower it slowly with the jacks. There is a breather line and an earthing strap in the diff, also if you still have HICAS make sure you unplug that as well. Basically the same process in reverse to re-install it.
