  1. really? my 16x7 +33 is like 8kg without tyres and 14-16kg with.
  2. this micra is going to be the little car that can, if you go through with all that you're planning. decked out from top to bottom. inb4 Thule roof racks with single speed ontop and stance.
  3. WRX have confirmed theyre doing drags at Calder after this event $95 entry. Info: http://www.wrx.com.au/Default.aspx?pageId=1540753&eventId=853226&EventViewMode=EventDetails Regs: http://www.wrx.com.au/Resources/Documents/Motorsport/2014/Drag%20racing%20Calder%20Park%20Track%20Regulations.pdf Entry form to be presented on the day: http://www.wrx.com.au/Resources/Documents/Motorsport/2014/DRAG%20RACING%20ENTRY%20FORM%202014.pdf really want to, but if car isnt up to it after track day then $100 down the drain.
  4. 6kg? fuuuaark. 7" is all im running at the moment. anything bigger is scrub-city.
  5. yeah it was called something-brulee.
  6. ooo I like. what profile tyre is that? 4x100 yeah? where'd you get it from? would look alright on a pulsar I reckon
  7. mmmmm dessert. had a proper creme brulee (cream, not custard) for the first time the other day. bit disappointed, bit too heavy and creamy for me.
  8. not raining here. wish it was though. WRX organising to hire the drag strip after the track day at Calder. that'd be siiiick. stuff going to Heathcote hopefully can sign up on the day, since you never know what is going to happen at the track during the day.
  9. how long has it been since your last cigarette Paul?
  10. ahhh so that's a chav. didn't know they had a name, I thought it was just normal for England haha. Sussex folk
  11. awww yeah. got the card working. drivers werent installing so had to force windows to update the default motherboard gpu drivers with the AMD ones and presto. didnt think it was gonna work but bobs your uncle.
  12. pretty sure its not hardware... me and the rest of the ATi world seem to have issues installing and getting the drivers running. So i'll keep playing around with it for a bit more, then will format all my hdd's and work from a clean slate (which is what I'm doing tomorrow anyway). lol yeah Leigh, will see what happens when I can get it running. before purchase should have browsed the AMD forums to see all the frustrating, unsolved threads. dont play BF4. had some fun with bad company 2, then they shutdown all the servers when BF3 came out. havent played it since.
  13. knowthatfeel.jpg buying the gear today and got asked a few questions... erased a lot of that pc jargon a looong time ago.
  14. switched from nvidia card to ATi today.... having so many issues lol. windows not detecting new card at all. theres only so many ways you can attempt to plug in a gfx card. and the fans are running so that leaves even less.
  15. wonder why he went with one of those... big, heavy, lots of them on the road. and don't say don't get police attention, because its only half true. heaps of sleepers out there
  16. I got no issues with Ace (will be going back for new CV boot, cbf doing that job), just think I would give Cihan a try.
  17. planning on doing some shopping next month, am tossing up between EVGA GTX760 (because i like EVGA support + tools and ive only ever had nvidia cards) OR sapphire R9 280X (got some good wraps. would have preferred a toxic, but extra $200 for some cooling...) nvidia has better base clock speeds but more pricey... i would prefer SLI over cross-fire mainly due to chipset availability in next 12 months. http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Graphics_Cards/NVIDIA/51149-04G-P4-3768-KR http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Graphics_Cards/AMD/51789-SA-R9280X-3GD5-OC also thinking of picking up another SSD http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Hard_Drives_&_SSDs/Solid_State_(SSD)/48725-CSSD-F128GBGS-BK and desperately need new keyboard http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Keyboards/Mechanical/50630-DK2108S-AUSALT
  18. turbo and manifold are on, piping should be finished this week. Just hope its ready today/tomorrow. Cihan is going to tune it, spoke to him and he wasnt sure what his plans were this week luckily im on leave this week so free basically any time, but bit hard to get something locked in.
  19. https://www.google.com.au/maps?q=90+Waterfront+Way&t=m&hnear=90+Waterfront+Way,+Docklands+Victoria+3008&z=18 that carpark? $7 for 4 hours isnt too shabby. pulsars meeting at 12pm at top carpark level. may or may not cruise with you guize. will see how we go.
  20. man, this new google maps is shitting me. so data intensive and cant right click for options. havent figured out how to add a marker yet. also, tuners: y u so diffikult to book tune?? http://youtu.be/Vb8V-CxxADM
  21. 8.5k??? you could buy 2 pulsars for that.
  22. you too could "own" a luxury euro.
  23. kesh monies is never overrated.
