I have read up some threads and seems like the r34gtr's do not have a boost restrictor like how r33 and r32gtr's have on them. Going less than 100% throttle few days ago, I have already boosted up to 1 bar. Does anyone know what is the maximum amount of boost that the r34gtr will boost up to? Since there is no boost restrictor. The car is completely stock, no ebc or bleed valve installed and have stock actuators. While the general crowd seems to be saying that 1 bar on a r34gtr seems to be still within the safe limits, and people have been running them for quite some time without any problems. I rather be safe than sorry, I would prefer to max it at 0.9 bar. Besides a EBC, are there any other methods I can restrict it to 0.9 bar? Thanks Cheers

hi guys im just wondering in the multi bar graph mode on the mfd for r34gtr, how do we read the peak values instead of just the lines are there without any actual numbers that we can read. The only area where i found that we can see the peak values are in the twin mode. Im comparing my readings for water and oil temp for with my friends supra and 180sx, mine are usually near 90 for both water temp and oil temp. Are those normal temps ? Theirs are around 70+ Thanks

may i ask why we need to add a little bit more for the vspecII? Doesnt the cf bonnet actually reduces more weight?

Thanks for the input guys, i forgot that the GTR bonnet is already aluminium. If its carbon vs the normal gtst bonnet that maybe its 20kg lighter. I didnt say its from a highly credible website, just from reading different sites that i have come across. Just giving rough bracket of measure that I have come across

Hi guys, i have been reading some infos and have come across different weights to the r34gtr. From 1540kgs , to 1660 kgs. Does anyone know which is the real weight on that car? In addition, the carbon fibre bonnet on the vspec2, how much weight savings does that take off ? So if lets say a normal vspec is 1560kgs, a vspec2 would probably be 20kg's lighter? Thanks

Not really gonna do any launches, just normal driving and the occassional squirt. Maybe at the moment, most is full exhaust and a safc. Thought i can finally feel the gtr's launch.. hahaha guess i have to wait till i can afford a clutch. Thanks for the input guys

Haha, no, i didnt win lottery, but i have loan to pay off now lol. Apparently only vspecII have colored engine bay. I saw some vspec and their engine bay is black colored. Yeh.. rekin, was gonna get GTT initially... but i thought... what the heck, lol. Hope i drove this to the driver's trainning instead of the gtst, then i can really test its limits

After my 32 gtst has been sold for almost a month now, i finally have a new ride. Papers have been signed today and will be getting the car probably next week. At the moment, these are some pics.

The diff is changed, so are the brakes, all 4 pot brakes front and rear. Pardon me, but what are half shafts? Are there anyway i can inspect if the transmisison is a 33gtr transmission or a 33gtst transmission? The car seems to have spent alot of money on it just from the mods such as titanium exhausts, greddy 4 pot on all 4 brakes. I still need to see it on a hoist to see the condition of the car

Hey guys , i am currently deciding if i should make a purchase on a r34 that was initially an NA R34 but is now running with gtr engine. I am currently worried that the gearbox is not changed and a NA gearbox wouldnt last very long on a gtr engine. Or does the gtr engine does not fit into a NA gearbox. Anyone has any experience in this? Are there anything that i should be worried of besides the gearbox, that the gtr engine is transplanted into a NA chasis ? Thanks

Hey does anyone has ever checked any car that is manufactured after 2001 on FAST? I have tried some r34's that are manufactured in 2002 and the system does not return any results.
