    Dual Exhaust

Looking at getting a dual exhaust install in the near future, but the exhaust shop said it not impossible as looking underneath the PNM35 there is room for another muffler, BUT there is this canister on the way. He said it needs to be remove/reposition somehow. Its look like a carbon canister that had some pipes connected to the fuel tank. Has anyone done a dual exhaust here, cant seems to find any threads regarding to the above topic. Please help.
  7. Got my cover the other day, and finally got it put on. It wasn't hard just fiddly. Got 2 brackets made up and the rest just fitted nicely. Sorry photo quality poor, I was using my cellphone camera.
  8. This is what I made a couple of weeks ago.

    Stagea Brakes

Yeah I rotated the rotor and it scored the dust shield nicely so i can cut nicely around it. The new rotor will also need to be skimmed before it gets fitted on. The r34 back ID rotor is alot shallower compare to the stagea rotors. It just Im not sure how much is needed to grind off the knucke. Will it weaken it? It seems ARX-four maybe has a different offsets or knuckle/hub assembly?

    Stagea Brakes

For some of you who had fitted an R34gtt calipers and rotors(front only) on to their PNM35/NM35, can you tell me how much you had to grind off on the bottom steering knuckle/hub to clear the rotor? to stop it from rubbing. When I trial fitted my calipers and new rotor from r34gtt it rubs on the dust shield and the offending knuckle/hub. And when I tightened the wheel nuts on the rotor I can still slightly spin the rotor, so this indicated to me that only a few mm will need to be gring off? Obviously dust shields will need to be trim as well.
  11. God I felt like a dumb ass!! I tried the button and wing mirrors back to normal again, I must have knocked it when I was wiring up my front doors for courtesy lights. Thank you Josh.
  12. ok just noticed last night that when I go to reverse, my wing mirrors wont dip anymore. All functionality are working fine it just wont dip. Is there a switch located on the auto lever hiding somewhere? and how to remove the plate to have a look? Is this a common fault on a stageas?
  13. Dale Sorry mate I wont be going ahead with this now, as I ended up making my own.
  14. I like. What sort of grill is that? looks interesting.

    Stagea Brakes

Sorry I must correct that. My car is a PNM35 ARX-four with an 18' factory alloy rims. Im not worried about the rear brakes yet.
  21. Please do. I need the full amount in NZDollars. Nissan NZ is charging me an arm a leg for the battery cover. FYI parts no is 65278-AM600. 64894-AM600 not including clips or brackets.
  22. Now from past experience with my old R32 with the aircon controls and other electronics. Nissan's PCBs are prone to what its called "dry solder" issues(when solders become loose with the components due to age). What I ended up doing is re-heating the old solder to make it stick to the components again. Not sure if this would help but surely Nissan would have improved their soldering techniques by now!
  23. So with the exchange rate Im looking at $120.08 NZD delivered?

    Stagea Brakes

No not using the factory rotors, diameter is slightly out. 296x24mm for stagea. The pads sits slightly taller than the disc and there is a 6mm gap(3mm) either sides of disc to pads. So will have to use r34gtt rotors. Im hoping to get the conversion done all under $1k.
