lmao XXXXX XXXXX is STILL $hit in the year 2012... after reading so many horror stores regarding their incompetance and basic lack of customer service I still couldnt hold back and decided to give them a call , the tyres i wanted where so cheap. Basically was shouted at on the phone , acted annoyed when I asked about the different sizes and when I asked him the total he told me "whatever all of them adds up to , i dont know..cant you add bro". My main reason for going there was because of the free balancing and fitting with tyres purchased , screw that , they seem to incompetant to even begin to do something like that. Id rather not take the chance , pay a little more and go somewhere where I actually feel like a customer and know that my car is safe and the work done properly. The amount of sales they make has completely gone to their head , if they cleaned up their act they would be among the best in the country but sadly they arent, Yes I bumped an old thread to let all know that Xxxxx Xxxxx probably arent worth the few extra you are saving and wholly deserve the terrible rep they have. Stay far far away. -
done. I assume stay away from fuji spark and those other cheapies of ebay their motto is "to make fast go faster" this was a warning sign for me

Hey Guys Looking for those whove had experiences dealing with both these tyres in wet conditions Are the KU39's worth the extra dough? Im currently running 265-35-18 on the rear. The 255's are much cheaper , would my performance be hurt that much by fitting a 255 in place of the 265's? Car is a daily driver which sees no track use. Cheers

Car Jerking At Wot After Exhaust Upgrade?
tripsteady replied to tripsteady's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
apparently its coilpacks and the plugs. gapping plugs arent hard , but dropping 650 on splitfires are as I dont have that kind of money right now. would it hurt to gap the plugs and see how it goes?(mechanic advised against this as gapping plugs will raise the power hence strain the coilpacks even more) should I avoid going to WOT while my car is like this , will this damage my engine in anyway? -
So I Spun Out Again - Wtf Is Going On?
tripsteady replied to tripsteady's topic in General Automotive Discussion
this is my current camber, bought camber arms to correct this. is my car so excessive as to cause this problem(replacing tyres this weekend) -
Hey Guys So I installed coilovers and lowered my car and because of this now have negative camber. I slide all over the place in the wet to the point of which I avoid driving if it rains. Im replacing my tyres as well but was told that the major reason Im spinning out in the wet at such low speeds is because of the fact that the area of contact of the tyre as reduced dramatically due to camber..which seems to make sense as this only sarted happening once I got coilovers. I was told to buy camber arms by my mechanic to straighten the wheels up. I was then told by another mechanic that cambers arms arent the only things needed , I need toe arms & traction arms (apparently I need all 3 parts for the lower control arm). Problem : I slide all over the place in the wet. Im buying tyres. Ive already purchased camber arms Questions : - Is this true , will camber arms be sufficient or will I need the other two parts of the lower control arms as well? - What are the actual names of these parts?(already purchased camber arms) - Whats the approximate price I would expect to pay to install camber arms and alignment? - Should I purchase the tyres first or fit the camber arms and everythig else , which would made more of a differece in allowing my car to hold on to the wet. - Does the camber I have make SUCH a difference to losing control in the wet...it doesnt seem that excessive to me Current stance of tyres : Thanks in advance for any help.

Best Rear Camber Arms For R33 S2
tripsteady replied to tripsteady's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
so no bad reports on TOG camber arms or any of the other cheap brands(dont really wanna fork out for cusco etc) -
Hi Guys I have a 1997 R33 S2 , and coilovers have given me negative camber. Want cambers arms to sort this out but wary of buying cheapies of eBay. Are those okay for a street driven car?....say something like this http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-REAR-CAMBER-adj-ARM-NISSAN-SILVIA-S14-S15-200SX-SKYLINE-R33-R34-GTST-GTR-/261069083934?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3cc8ee151e Do they have to be adjustable? If not , what would you guys recommend? Thanks in advance!
