  1. What did it get to on ebay? If I had the garage space I'd buy it
  2. No but good unmolested ones are getting that way I really like my GTR...look forward to weekends so I can drive it
  3. I bought a new R36 Passat to keep my R33 safe
  4. Nice! I'd make you walk
  5. I took my 32GTR to the drags and managed a 13.6 400m Guy bought the car and next month ran a 12.6 in the came car Difference was he launched at 8000rpm whereas I wouldn't do that. 12 years of rallying taught me not to be too hard on a car so if the clutch won't take full bore launches I' rather drive around the weakness and enjoy a nice drive package. So you read my intentions perfectly MrStabby. if a twin plate clutch drives nicely I'd be all for it so I'll have a look at those. Did chase power in a 33GTS about 10 years ago and spoilt the car with a heavy clutch so sold it Definitely don't want to repeat that mistake again. Thanks everyone for the help and advice so far
  6. Where would be the best/cheapest place to get a set of -9's from?
  7. No, I got there at 10am and left around 4pm
  8. Missus remarked I was more upset about a scratch on my $25k Skyline than when I got one on my $80k daily driver
  9. Mine rarely comes out too. Reserved for weekends and I was really selective where I parked it to reduce the chance of someone opening a door on it
  10. Some people!! Just spent a couple of hours polishing my GTR and went down to Hillarys Marina for shopping and a drink with friends. Got back to the car and someone had put a foot long scratch on the bonnet!!! Looks like they put a bag or something on my car when they were getting into their car then dragged it off. Spent a couple of hours polishing to remove about 75% of it but it really made me angry. Why the heck would you do that to someone elses property? Unbelievable
  11. I like the idea of the -9's if I don't have to change the AFM's and injectors at the same time. Could I change the AFM's and injectors later for more power or would that be all the -9's are good for?
  12. Also by gerrett -9 do you mean GT2860R-9 The GT2860R-7 seems to be popular so are they too big for my needs?
  13. Hmm Power goal 292@13psi at present so maybe 350? The engine is in really good condition and even had the stock boost restrictor until i fitted the PFC couple of months ago so pumping 22psi into it is not what I really want to do. Thanks for the help guys
  14. I have a Series III R33 GTR with just an exhaust and PFC with boost controller fitted. What would be a good next step to increase power and more importantly response? Car currently has 292 rwhp I smashed my clutch foot years ago in a MC accident so I really don't want to have to put in a heavy clutch and spoil the experience. It's been suggested to upgrade the turbos to R34 ball bearing units and maybe Tomei pon b cams. I was considering -5 turbos but that would mean injectors and new AFMs as well and may end up needing the dreaded heavy clutch. This car will do the odd motorsport event but manly be babied on the street where I really enjoy the driveability Any advice welcome
  15. Well said Blitz people need to realise that they are ultimately responsible for their actions
  16. Go to any RAC Auto Service Centre. The managers are trained in the latest regs re fitting baby seats. I know the manager at Balcatta is for sure Cheers

  19. I'll swap you Cazz and throw in the power windows on mine :-)
  20. I like where you're going with this :-) Few pollies I'd like the set a police dog on
  21. I do go to watch normal race meetings I put my wedding back a week so I could compete in a Wanneroo 300 years ago. So I support motorsport whenever I can I don't care what they charge for food as I can afford it if I want it but I never saw any free water and bought half a dozen bottles for some kids who had no money and obviously couldn't see any signs for free water. Thank goodness for the drifters as they were entertaining unlike the mock police hoon chase. And was it really necessary for them to put P plates on the "offenders' car? Talk about stereotyping. Why didn't they have a mock chase with a drunk driving a tradies ute
  22. Good I thought it was just me. I thought the event was a waste of my time and I prefer a normal race meeting where there is actual racing. Poorly organised and what's the go with paying $4 for a bottle of water? Also what about the Bathurst revisited parade. Did they forget about inviting Bluebirds,DR30's HR31's and Godzilla?
  23. Love it !
  24. Talk to Steve Barnes in spare parts He'll look after you as he has his own BNR32
  25. Kalamunda plates KM240
