  1. Sorry hahaha
  2. Go better with some C4 strapped to the side of it
  3. Me too...luckily Interesting thought though to start a collection of "classics" that no one wanted Would be a jewel in the crown of a collection of classic Morris Marinas , Austin Tasmans and 200B's
  4. I bought a set of them new through my local Nissan dealer a couple of months ago Are they now out of stock? Mine had to come ex Japan
  5. Please refer to the SAU posting rules Rule #1 you must post a price http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Cl...ead-t69225.html

    Decat?

Yeah it could be a cyclic event that we have no control over. Even the great brains can't prove it either way. Thing is mankind is a virus on this earth...just too many of us and we're breeding at an alarming rate. Mother nature will find a way to sort that out for us anyway. To give an idea of the expotential population explosion it's a fact that over half of the people that ever existed (Adam/Eve or Darwins version)are alive today. The maths of that sort of shoots down those who think they've been Pharohs, Samurais and Einstein in previous lives
  9. I'll have an Apexi system for sale in about a week for $500ono if it fits a 34. System is great but I'm an old codger who wants a stock looking rear muffler

    Decat?

That's true but we have to start somewhere and developing nations will have to address their emissions eventually. It all comes down to cost for the poorer nations as they want and are entitled to mobility but the cost of emission reduction would mean the difference walking or driving. Who are we to say they can't have a little of what we have. But we here are fortunate in that we can afford to make a choice for the good of all yet we choose to remove emmission gear for the perceived benifits. To pollute in the poorer countries is how it is and they have no choice To pollute in Australia when there is a choice is irresponsible despite how you try to justify it. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and this is mine right or wrong. This has been a good thread just a shame people have resorted to personal insults
  11. Thanks guys Decided it would be better to get Kermit to build me a new system rather than cut up the Apexi one. Looks like I'll have a near new Apexi catback for sale soon
  12. If I could just find a worthwhile C110 soon I'd be ready for the next event To think I had one as a second car when it was about 8 years old. If only I knew then what I know now !!
  13. Wished I could have made it to the event Cazz Sounds like it was a fantastic few days. Can't begin to imagine how much effort is involved in running something like this. WELL DONE
  14. Would Kermit do mods or only new systems?
  15. Tried the consolidated workshop thread but no exhaust shops listed. Can anyone recommend an exhaust shop who can work with pipework larger than 3" ? My GTR has an Apexi system on it and I'd like to get the Canon removed and replaced with a twin tip muffler (and also get the muffler position straightened up)

+2 This subject makes me so angry but I've tried to restrain myself Luckily the idiots who think decating is a good idea are in the minority. Hopefully the rest of us can breath a little easier (Pun intended)
  17. Scary stuff that. If it sheared the fuel lines lucky it didn't catch alight. I was next to an RX3 racecar that did that right next to me. Side by side through the esses at Barbagallo. Left dents in the side of my old R30 and gouges in my helmet. The RX3 burnt to scrap despite us emptying 6 extinguishers into it
  18. No need to take me literally mate I was in a rush to post as lunchtime was ending By "look of" I was referring to things like the size of the secondary pipes compared to the JJR type ones (60mm versus 70mm) I rang the UAS seller after deciding to buy but his attitude and phone manner turned me off getting them (didn't like me asking where they were made (I figured anyway) )and I didn't care how shiny they were. Thanks for the help everyone
  19. I'm about to buy a new set of front pipes. I've been told that they should have a flexijoint to reduce stress on the turbos Trouble is I like the look of the Greddy MX pipes but they don't have the flexijoint. UAS also have a stainless steel set with the joint for a similar price. Anyone recommend which I should go for? Anyone inspected the Unique Auto Sports pipes to confirm quality of them or otherwise? Cheers
  20. Is the Varex fully opened or closed? i.e. can you adjust it to sit somewhere between either extremes?
  21. Hi Mate I'm interested in the exhaust system Can you give an idea of the cost posted to 6028 Your inbox is full BTW
  22. I'm in the same situation really. Got the PFC in a box but the car is stock. Found the car is still fitted with the boost restrictor. Will removing the restrictor raise the boost to 1 bar?
  23. Import Monster is holding onto a set of near new Tein Flex for me today while I decide. I'm thinking that could be the way to go
