Not much happen over the weekend removed most of the chrome strips from the car now im waiting for my order of Rust bullet before i strip off all the paint.

So i did today what i have been putting off i went and checked for rust where i though i would find it and some spots i didnt know about. The rust i sort of knew about The suprise This is thanks to someone at the wreakers not closing the back passangers door right this is what it would have looked like if it didnt have that slow leak from the door Well thats some of the bad bits now here are some of the better things Originals Original keys So looks like i will be pulling out the windows now to see the how bad the rust is there too.

O i am also looking for a pic of someones fuel cap on a 240k 4 door to see how yours works.

So i started some of the stripping today. Only down side is the Passanger side guard is as bad as i thought tho the damage was not as bad inside as it could have been And i have started to paint the wheels back to black aswell. Am going to pull the seats and carpet tomorrow i think if i can find some where to keep them.

Well i have been looking for a number of months now and have missed out on a few in the 3-4k price range. My mate found this car at our local wreakers and i thought what the hell i sould be able to get it on the road for the cost of those other cars but i will know whats in this one. Frist day i got it, we got it running in about fours had a blocked fuel line. So the next day i went out and brought all the filters and oil to change it all. It didnt like the new oil as it sounds like it mite have sun a bearing. Not that this worries me much the motor was coming out anyway now i will just do a full freshen up and know what i have there. Here are some pics i took today inbetween the rain You can see the small tear in the drivers seat that and the badge missing on the drivers door only bads points inside the car. So that brings us to the bad points the rust i have to flamin mongrel out and sand back before a respray You can see someone fixed this guard before with bog and didnt do a good job Normal bonnet thing Surface rust on the roof. There are a few offer things to do like the fuel cap dosnt close looks like its missing a piece to it but this is where it starts i will post up photos as i do things but this is a slowish project. Will be getting fender mirrors and a front lip i think too. Going for something like this lol

The car is mint inside all as factory only down sides are one tear in drivers seat and 2 cracks in the dash.

Hey D-limo it was not running cos he was replacing the harmonic balancer and was having trouble with it. Mainly cos i dont think it has a L28 crank in it as its stroked to 3lts if i remember what the guy before him did to the car. When i looked at this car it was nice and clean besides the green engine bay and some interesting bog in the bay. Yer the guy was the same with me but i never paid a deposit always have some excuse. I offered him 3500 with a blueslip when he said could have it FYI. On another note i brought one today 1k delived was not running but is now and seems to go ok just the water pump leaking and needs a respray.

It was ment to have two months rego then it had none and needed a blueslip. What ever i just want one then i go look at it cars not even running GRRRRR. He tells me he will get it running and blueslip i call and msg him for the next month and get reason after reason why its not ready, then nothing.

I will be in for playing Trailer queen dont think i will have been bothered to fix my car by then but it will be there ethier way.

I chased that blue one from boostcrusing around for 2 months and i still dont have a four door BUMP.

I wasnt watching the speedo that much but was off the 180kmph speedo. I was pushing hard all day trying to find mine and the cars limits think it was over 200kmph on the power FC when i came off on at the end of the straight.

Spotted a very nice white R34 GTR vspec II with minsters at kingswood earlier.

What month is this Rev speed superlap normaly held?? i will be there in Dec already locked in D1 event but could stay in japan a few more days to make this event too.

I was one of the GTRs that did the bigend bearing and i have all the mods BAR the oil return from the back of the head. Mods done : Larger sump with tomei sump baffles : Tomei oil restrictors with returns enlarged : I over filled on the day I would say Revs and the frist sweeping turn did me in i was holding it in 4th down the straight maybe 8500rpm or so as my 4wd was playing up and getting power done was more wheel spin the grip lol. But it still gave up the ghost so i say fit it when it breaks.

Yer sould have left the car in the garage rather then outside owells.
