If you go on performanceforums and PM Babalouie he has ground up restored his Hakosuka, and may know where to find these parts. Here are some off a 240k http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-REAR-WHEEL-CYLS-FITS-NISSAN-240K-1973-1976-/330649680350?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4cfc41b9de

The car has just been sitting for the last month around chirstmas-new years my work really gets flat out, hope to get back into it in the new year. Cheers Brad -

I had a few mates drop over on the frist weekend i got it back and we got stuck in. We added some rubber behind the flares to try stop them from cutting into the paint. Started to fit the wiring loom and new fused box. got the grill and lights in. I want to put rubber base"s on the mirrors too. And the next week i cleaned up the bumpers and fitted them Also cleaned up rear lights and surround. -

Im hoping to fit 16*8.5 -6(maybe 16*8 +0) and 16*9.5-19 R type Watanabe's when the car is complete. Ben from otomoto has 17*8.5 +0 and 17*9.5 -19 with a 25mm spacer on the back of his C110. But not sure i have as much space as he has, so worried about ordering 2800 dollars worth of rims that will not fit lol. -

So after a week at the shop this is what i found. Guards looking mint now All that messy cutting cleaned up and repaired. Engine bay cleaned up. All rust repaired in doors and body. Now im starting to see the car coming together took me near 14 months to get to here mostly saving to pay for all the work that needs doing. Having looked at a few other cars im hoping to fit 16*8.5 -6 and 16*9.5-19 R type Watanabe's when the car is complete. -

From what i have seen for ITB motors they dont make the power for the money, For around 9k i could have a bored stroked L28(3.1) with a race ported head make about 100hp per litre at motor so would make as much or more then a RB30 with ITBs. Rego first tho and worry about motors later. Hahaha its just finding a good coupe to start with is hard -

Plan for now is just put the L24 back in and get rego, possibly triple the 24 if im happy with it.If not the car did have an RB26 sitting in when i brought but really this is the last piece to the puzzle and i dont know what i want but leaning towards old school with triples. Also must be manual so manual pedal box and 5 speed going in. -

Now it was time to buy some new parts. Front Grill, rear bob tail and a front lip GTR style grill Was around this time that i started to try fit the Flares that came with the car and decided they would not do. So order a new set from Otomoto. -
So i thought i would finally postup my project seeing as work has now started on it. As i brought it 12-14months ago Main body was not too bad. Rear guards where cut to fit flares. The damage on the bonnet taco Flares that came with the car. car interior

Some update pics been raining here alot so not a great deal has been done, im also looking to buy a new house so if that happens probably be no updates to after the new year. Front bummer polished and fitted not really to my liking(quality wise) but will do for now Rear bummer polished and rear light surround cleaned up and fitted Dynamating started need to go buy another pack to finshs floor and do doors. Then all the interior can go in then. -
This place has some very nice food, egg plant was awesome. We had the tasting menu which was about 70 each.

The rear beaver panel(light surround?) is also black as i think the Grey would not suit, the rubber cleans up the gaps and stops the fenders from rubbing on the paint which they where alreay doing. Some dynamate got done today, all side windows cleaned ready to go once i get some new runners(ones which are on the windows). -

hmmmm this weekends progress. These rubbers are more of pain to fit then one mite think took us many hours. Start to refit the loom. have not found the rear loom yet but im sure its the somewhere Cleaned up the lights took a couple of hours, then trail fitted the Grill and just another random shot of the mirrors also prepared the front and rear bumpers for polishing. Dont seem like much but everythink takes time, hope to get the parts for the motor this week and get it back in maybe weekend after next. Hoping to get the dynamating done during this week so i can start to refit the interior over the next week or so. -

I think this was the only seal i got from Oz, Rare Spares. Im hoping 16*8.5 -6 and 16*9.5 -19 will fit but will have to do some trail fitting first. There was a little mostly in the removable parts, the main body only have two-three spots. The front Guards had the whole lower section cut out and replaced. The bonnet was a 3-4 day job to fix as these always seem to be heavly rusted.
