(OO) DRFTD (OO) Posted February 13, 2006 Share Posted February 13, 2006 hey i bought my hks ssq off dinzlr and put it on my 32 gtst, but it wont whistle it just flutters threw the pod filter,, why is this ?? can any 1 help me?? i am only runnin stock boost is that an issue?? SECURITY Posted February 13, 2006 Share Posted February 13, 2006 dont those things have a hard spring? im not 100% but i think you'll need a bit more pressure than 7psi to make it go off, OR you've got a screwed/blocked/disconnected/leaking vacuum hose. (OO) DRFTD (OO) Posted February 14, 2006 Author Share Posted February 14, 2006 no good just replaced all the vacuum hose wlth a hole new line that fits real good and its still not blowin off, its just flutterin through the pod?? its bolted straight on to the stock cooler piping with a gasket in between.. msut need more boost maybe??? krzysiu Posted February 16, 2006 Share Posted February 16, 2006 (edited) When i had the ssqv on mine a while back. It would vent and make the high pitched noise then would flutter after that. But it was venting around 17Psi.
