It should take around 6-8 hours to do. The welsh plugs should be the same as RB30. I'll check tonight. The plugs only cost about $2-$3 each. There should be from memmory a 70mm, 2 x 50mm, 3 x 20 somthing, and 7 x 22mm ones. Don't forget that when they remove the exhaust manifold that they are likely to break at least one exhaust stud so I would get a full set. You can go to the nut and bolt shop on deshon street and ask for the ones to suit RB30 or VL commodore. You'll need an inlet manifold gasket unless you are going to seal it back up with silicon, and an exhaust manifold gasket too.

Dan is correct, I am unsure about the number of plugs but there is definitely like 4 different sizes...

I had the work done at Peninsula Mechanical at Clontarf...bit far for you to travel.

Metro Nissan should have them all...including gaskets.

The first quote seems reasonable...the second seems to be a bit more.....

well my alternator belt snapped and the hose going into the heater core burst, took me 6 hours to get the thing off and a new one back on, and i hate those nissan clips, I'm glad I ended up finding some hose clamps.

so glad the heater core didnt get damaged or my thermostat.
