OMFG, i came across this video yesterday which i think may be old(sorry if its a repost), but this game just took my breath away!!!

Will Wright talks about Spore

Spewing this has to be streamed, let it start to load, click pause, then go make a coffee or have a fag then come back. Trust me its totally worth it.

At the start he talks for about 10 minutes before you see him playing the game, good to watch the whole thing. After i did i was MEGA impressed with game and thinking back he made it sound like it wasnt all that hard to do(but was that thanks to his old school algorithmic super elite team?).

Think of the possibilities in other games of different genres, this game to me is really setting the benchmark on how MASSIVE games will be in the coming years.

So far this is destined for PC, but hopefully it will find its way to 360 and PS3, i hope so cos id rather buy one of those than upgrade my PC :)

Anyways if u watch it post up what u think of it.

    • Despite the level up question, actually I do know what that is....it is a pressure sender wire.  So check out around the oil filter for an oil pressure sender, or maybe fuel pressure near the filter or on the engine. Possibly but less likely coolant pressure sensor because they tend to be combined temp/pressure senders if you have one. Could also be brake pressure (in a brake line somewhere pre ABS) but maybe I'm the only one that has that on a skyline.
    • Pull codes via the self-diagnosis procedure. As far as I can tell this is just a sign of transmission issues but not a code unto itself.
    • Hi All, putting the engine back together and everything is perfect except have this plug left over.. any ideas what it is for and where it goes? Is on cold side under the intake plenum *note not a stock plug, as everything has been modified Cheers
    • Sounds like a misfire. Check fuel pressure and don't even think about going into boost while it's like this unless you enjoy engine rebuilds.
