I cannot read dyno charts so im not too sure where i would be looking

Engine is a rb30det. 3", front mount, power fc and the turbo will be a kkr 480

can anyone maybe plot on the rb25 with kkr 480 graph where it should be with my setup?

or when i should start boosting and reach max boost?

just estimations...

thanks

Very hard to say as there isnt a lot of information around.

If you have a look in the KKR thread that i've seen you post in.

You will see that they are a little less responsive than similar sized/priced turbo setups.

There are a few graphs in that thread now, bearing in mind they are 2.5ltr motors and not the same as yours.

Obviously it would be more responsive on a 3ltr as opposed to the 2.5ltr, without a doubt.

How much however is hard to say

Maybe 500rpm... maybe more.

It depends on cam choice, timing and a lot of other variables like Comp Ratio etc.

I would have a stab, and a rough stab, that the KKR480 would come on around the same as a GT30 on a 2.5ltr based on the limited information that is avaliable.

There are loads of GT30/RB25 graphs in the sticky thread in this section that will give you a better idea

Are you using a stock RB25 head? Or do you plan on having cams etc?

It will definately be earlier, how much is hard to say.

It might not be traction friendly though.

in the other thread teejay quite rightly said it seems to be a light-switch style power delivery.

It would be more liner on the bigger motor, again, hard to say how much.

Is it a build bottom end?
