Help Me Remove My Dash

hi everyone

I'm about to change a dvd player in my 95 r33 GTST m-spec but I'm a bit unsure about taking out the dash that is covering the unit thats already in there. I've got most of the clips out but I'm have trouble with the bit of the dash under the head unit. It just wont come out, does anyone no if it just needs more force or if it needs to be moved a different way or is there a scerw i need to get to.
