Clutch/gearbox Question

Hey guys,I recently put a new Extreme Heavy Duty clutch in my car, its a RB25de with a rb20det gearbox.

Im having a few issues with it though.

The clutch pedal is now really short, Makes it a pain in the ass to change gears because it crunches unless the pedal is in all the way...

Also it makes a slight ticking noise while in and out of gear

The only thing i can think of is that its the clutch lever/bearing pin is stuffed because thats the only thing i didnt replace

Any ideas?

Check your peddle box isnt cracked, they will flex open when clutch is applied and you lose stroke because of it.
