loss of liscence

can somebody answer this question, because the RTA cant?

ive got a NSW liscence, when i drove up to Qld, the police up there were nice enough to take a snap shot of me doing 165km in a 100 zone, now what i want to know is, do i loose my liscence automatically for three months because i was caught doing over 45, i know i loose the 6points, and also the new rule in nsw, when u get caught drivinng over 130km you loose ur liscence for 1month automatically, does that apply? Because qld dont have that rule and i wasnt in nsw when i was doing over 130, somebody enlighten me

You get charged under QLD law, if there are any points attached they will transfer them to your NSW license though.
