Conversion Shudder

just got my r32 gtst auto converted to manual ,goes good clutch is good,only problem ive noticed is that when driving at 2000 rpm to say 2500-3 rpm there is a shudder i feel through the gearbox worst in first, felt in second, eases in third hard to notice in 4th the clustch isnt slipping and doesnt matter how hard u take off but i guess it more noticable if u take off quicker, the guy whos did the conversion said its normal and hes done 30 conversions,but i cant say i remember it in my old factory manual gts,any thoughts-soloutions?
