Can we have stockest looking OMGWTF power making car?

I have a sneaking suspicion I know which car will take that one out,but feel free to better the effort! So far, from a local car,549 AWKW is the mark to beat from something v. neat,v. tidy and v. streetable IMHO. Go stealth!

If your talking about JUN I wouldn't call that a street car.

Define street car.Anything turn key reliable, able to make such a figure on pump fuel, can run to the shops and back without fouling plugs or overheating,of reasonably legal ride height, able to contain more than one person...dunno;missed anything else?

Yes but does it actually do all those things I wouldn't think so.

Street car in theory, yeah ok - but in reality I doubt it sees the street that much.

It's a beautiful car I would probably do the same.

It does do those things, and then some. At some stages it's daily driven to work and parked outside with the nasty weather and all ;) ...so,in my eyes,it's open to that particular award of 'normal looking,BIG power'. Although,in fairness,CEF11E said even standard looking when you pop the bonnet,so the cars I've been thinking of would lose out on that count.

There's a few other cars with slightly less(and one with more)power that could be nominated, but they'd either be too showy from either the outside or under the bonnet for the stealth idea, but there's many other suggested brackets they could be placed in...

I'm more ticked off that my car is not further down the build process to be able to be seen... :) Then again, those that know it already know where I'm heading :) !

Here's what 460+ AWKW looks like without high mount twins or a big single...Unfortunately,it's not an ACT SAU'er,but from the outside is a very(VERY) neat 32 without the bling most people put on their rides.

Just thought I'd post up a nice piccie for some inspiration... :)

I know where yours is heading Jayce, but I dont know if you'll have it all done by the end of this year...

But incase you do, we'll have a 32 V-spec2 with pearl paint and big power category just for you. :teehee:

Well anywho, thanks for the enthusiasm guys, I hope we'll get this off the ground for next year cos I'll definatly be entering the best 32 Gtst category!

I know who gets my vote for the biggest power in the non skyline bracket. And it is a true ACT built and tuned car and thats ESP with their WRX 515kw and BMW with a supra engine 530kw. Maybe you could have price brackets aswell as most people don't have an open cheque book for what it takes to pay someone to build them a 500kw plus car with all the goodies.

Thanks for the pics of Paul and Staceys car Jayce. Still reckon you can't beat the twins for the street.

In agreeance there;massive performance from Dan' and Glenn's stable! And yes,P + S's 32 is one of my all time faves! Hence why I'm sticking with twins!

The unlimited vs limited budget idea is taken on board, too!

Cheers,J;have a top New Years!

    • Yep, the closest base tune available was for the GTT, I went with that and made all the logical changes I could find to convert it to Naturally Aspirated. It will rev fine in Neutral to redline but it will be cutting nearly 50% fuel the whole way.  If I let it tune the fuel map to start with that much less fuel it wont run right and has a hard time applying corrections.  These 50% cuts are with a fuel map already about half of what the GTT tune had.  I was having a whole lot of bogging when applying any throttle but seem to have fixed that for no load situations with very aggressive transient throttle settings. I made the corrections to my injectors with data I found for them online, FBCJC100 flowing 306cc.  I'll have to look to see if I can find the Cam section. I have the Bosch 4.9 from Haltech. My manifold pressure when watching it live is always in -5.9 psi/inHg
    • Hi My Tokico BM50 Brake master cylinder has a leak from the hole between the two outlets (M10x1) for brake pipes, I have attached a photo. Can anyone tell me what that hole is and what has failed to allow brake fluid to escape from it, I have looked on line and asked questions on UK forums but can not find the answer, if anyone can enlighten me I would be most grateful.
    • It will be a software setting. I don't believe many on here ever used AEM. And they're now a discontinued product, that's really hard to find any easy answers on. If it were Link or Haltech, someone would be able to just send you a ECU file though.
    • Yes sir am asking is there possible way from aem tuner from wiring pins
    • Have you checked cam to crank timing and confirmed balancer marks are correct?
