Yes....he has made it a habit of taking parts and never paying for them.

He lives on this forum.....but shouldn't be apart of it.....his word means nothing and just keeps stuffing me around.

NXTIME is another....not to truss

If you have a grievance - i suggest you fully detail it and PM me with the information GTR STI.

Mind you, if its not details and contains no evidence... then you will have to keep your opinion to yourself.

You can't run around without solid evidence (email, PM and so on).

And for you sellers - you know the deal, i hope this isn't a deal gone bad from your end

Yes...I have e-mails, sms's, PM's etc....I will organise for them to be forwarded to you...Blitz has also been made aware and has been aware for a long while now.

I was hoping Shanef and NXTIME would do the right thing, but I don't think so.

cheers Phillip

Another destruction of someones name.

From what I hear, you should check your bank account and see the money that was payed into it a couple of years back every week for however long when you worked with the guy.

Maybe try to grow up a little, he's not that hard to contact.

Ah your another friend who has been feed bullsh_t.....care to have a look at all my bank statements and the PM's etc he has sent me etc....care to talk to a few others that have worked with both of us as well.

Now only if you want to see and listen to the truth...give me a call and we can arrange for you to see and hear the truth....but keep the "grow up a little" comments on hold until you hear and are shown the TRUTH.

cheers Phil.

Shanef.....Shane call me if you want to rectify....because if you don't, I also intend making an appointment with HR and management at KBR as a follow-up to the e-mail sent to you a year ago, where they were cc'd in. Peter called me to see how KBR were implecated and what he could do (I told him at the time, it would sore itself out....I was wrong) Your friend 3lit3 32 needs to tell you to grow up...not me.

The grow up comment is in relation to blurting out every chance you can get about how he has done this.

You say "he has made it a habit of taking parts and never paying for them" but it is allegedly only this time. I have already spoken to him and others but he assures me it was all sorted. I don't really care who is right or wrong, I am just against defamation in a public forum.

The grow up comment is also in relation to the fact you are dealing with this matter in a very childish manner.

Put your complaint in writing to him in a PM. If you have already done so, then make your complaint to the office of fair trading or small claims and deal with it the way it should be done....not here.

Well sometimes thats what it takes...public defamation is the last straw if you arent getting anywhere with PMs, calls, and emails, they deserve to be exposed, and why would someone make accusations such as GTRSTI has without reason?

I think people who arent involved should stay the f**k out of it and let it be settled by the Mods and those who are actually involved, no one cares what you think or say.

Guys if this does no involve you - stay out of it.

For what its worth - This isn't the first time I've had PM's about shanef and trading/money and so on.

Hopefully explainations will follow.

GTI STI - i will not be ringing you. You gather ALL the proper info and send it to me via PM and we will go from there.

Also, if you have not contacted the Police - then you should do so (as i tell everyone, because soon as i say that you find out sometimes its not such a complaint anymore)

Nothing against you at all....but he is the one who likes to talk (12000+) post....not me.

I've tried everything, to get him to do the right thing by himself and the people he has onsold my parts too....he doesn't answer my phone calls etc....what, would you have me do (have him charged and the others with receiving stolen goods) I would prefer he pay the $5500 oweing (this does not include any interest) I've even given him another change in the post above....read it again....all he has to do is be honest, call and sort out a real payment plan....but it has to be real.

The offer for you to know the truth is still there....you seem to be interested, so I find it hard to believe you don't care who is right or wrong...and don't get me wrong Shane is a likable person, but I don't know why he thinks he can get away with this crap and I don't know what his sisuation is.

But enough said....if his friends want to stick up for him, great (so they should) but if they want to help, get him to call.

I won't be posting anymore replies to this tread....Shane...call and sort something out with me.

    • Even more fun, leave all the ADAS stuff plugged in, but in different locations, hopefully avoid any codes!   And honestly, all these new cars with their weird electronics. Pull all the electronics out Duncan, and just shove an aftermarket ECU and if needed a trans controller in, along with a PDM. Make it run basic but race car styled!
    • To follow up a question from earlier too since I had the front bar off again (fking!) This is what is between the bumper and the drivers side wheel And this is the navigator side, only one thing but its a biggy! So basically....no putting coolers in the wheel arches without a lot of moving other stuff. Assuming I move to properly race prepping this car I'll take that job on and see how the computers respond to removing a whole bunch of ADAS modules
    • So I prepped the car for another track day on Wednesday (will be interesting to see coolant temps post flushing out and the larger reservoir, with a forecast of 3-14 being 20o cooler than last time I took it out). Couple of things to mention; since I am just driving the car and not taking a support vehicle, I took the rear seats out and just loaded the back up Team Trackday style. Look at all that space! To cover off removing the rear seat....it is weird (note the hybrid is probably different because it wouldn't have folding rear seats) Basically, you remove the lower seat base, very similar to a r series but it is a clip that pulls forward to release the base rather than it being bolted down. Easy Then, you need to remove the side section of the rear seat on each side. There is a 14mm head nut at the bottom of the side piece, the it slides upwards off a hook at the top to release; you also need to unhook the seatbelt from the loop at the top. Then the centre piece is weird. You need to release/fold the seats forward with the tab in the boot on each side From there, there are 2,x12mm headed bolts holding the rear of each seat to the folding bracket, under the trim between the rear seat and the boot (4x christmas tree clips there, they suck). The seat is out but you can see where the bolts attach to the bracket
    • As discussed in the previous post, the bushes in the 110 needed replacing. I took this opportunity to replace the castor bushes, the front lower control arm, lower the car and get the alignment dialled in with new tyres. I took it down to Alignment Motorsports on the GC to get this work done and also get more out of the Shockworks as I felt like I wasn't getting the full use out of them.  To cut a very long story short, it ended up being the case the passenger side castor arm wouldn't accept the brand new bush as the sleeve had worn badly enough to the point you could push the new bush in by hand and completely through. Trying a pair of TRD bushes didn't fix the issue either (I had originally gone with Hardrace bushes). We needed to urgently source another castor arm, and thankfully this was sourced and the guys at the shop worked on my car until 7pm on a Saturday to get everything done. The car rides a lot nicer now with the suspension dialled in properly. Lowered the car a little as well to suit the lower profile front tyres, and just bring the car down generally. Eternally thankful for the guys down at the shop to get the car sorted, we both pulled big favours from our contacts to get it done on the Saturday.  Also plugged in the new Stedi foglights into the S15, and even from a quick test in the garage I'm keen to see how they look out on the road. I had some concerns about the length of the LED body and whether it'd fit in the foglight housing but it's fine.  I've got a small window coming up next month where I'll likely get a little paint work done on the 110 to remove the rear wing, add a boot wing and roof wing, get the side skirt fixed up and colour match the little panel on the tail lights so that I can install some badges that I've kept in storage. I'm also tempted to put in a new pair of headlights on the 110.  Until then, here's some more pictures from Easter this year.
    • I would put a fuel pressure gauge between the filter and the fuel rail, see if it's maintaining good fuel pressure at idle going up to the point when it stalls. Do you see any strange behavior in commanded fuel leading up to the point when it stalls? You might have to start going through the service manual and doing a long list of sensor tests if it's not the fuel system for whatever reason.
