LOL i should of known your from perth... heres a more EXPLAINED version just for you:

that price is per injector $175 X 6(RB25) = $1050 DELIVERED

That means its still $250 dollars cheaper than yours.

Understand now?....Tool!

Well... Thanx for the support Hicks. Looking at the link you left JNR24 the injectors are 13,254 yen. that equals $189 each injector. Times that by 6 and you get $1134. Now if you look at the bottom of the page that you kindly provided for every one to see, you will see that it says "Shipping not included in the price unless stated" Well i never saw anything about shipping included.

If you know any thing about importing from Japan you will know that the government charge a 25% customs fee on the value of the product being sent. ie. $1134 + 25% customs + tax + shipping.

So that comes to about $1700 if you allow $150 for shipping. Then you have to wait about 2 weeks. So thanx for the help JNR.........

Cheers Michael...

Ok first things first muffas, Get a proper exchange rate

13,254.00 JPY = 175.300AUD as of 2003.05.07 05:24:12 GMT

goto ww.xe.net to get your exhange. Check it for yourself.

So first we have established that its not $189 per injector, it in fact 175.300. You pay import Tax when you share a (Sea contianer or if the item is passed through auzie sea ports determined by the classification of goods within the Australian Customs Tariff.

Why would you get it ship frieghted when you could get a 3rd party air international courier to deliver it to your door for $100AUD??

I have bought over 15 Seperate items ranging from Subwoofers to plenums, from the US & Japan this way WITHOUT paying any import or customs Tax.

Just depends how simple you make it for the seller. So even if the freight does in fact cost $100AUD By AIR (7-10DAYS) you will still be better off $150 bucks (buying from you).

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
