Cusco Zero-2 race spec suspension. (Note: not for sale, asking for opinions on value)

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

As stated, these are NOT for sale, but rather I need *your* opinions on how much is a reasonable price for them. I got these things with the car when I imported, but they're far too hard for the roads I'm on. They're fully height/spring rate adjustable, and the dampers are also 5 point adjustable.

I have no pictures, but they're very clean and hardly used, as I swapped them out for the stock stuff as soon as I realised they were too hard. I will try to get some pictures up tonight, but any advice would be good. Wasn't sure if this is the right forum to post this in, but it's better than nothing. :)

They're on the right.

Suspension is really only worth what someone will pay for it.

A lot of cars come over with very expensive coilovers that are too harsh for crappy Aussie roads.

You've done what I'd like to do, get it back to stock soft springs/shocks.

T.

Well, unfortunately the stock stuff is crap. I'm going to get a Whiteline handling kit and replace all the bushes, to see if that will sort things out a bit... but I'm sure the dampers need to be redone.

    • thanks, will conduct myself accordingly. i unfortunately put about 150 miles on the car before reading this thread again, however no PS issues, and definitely no turbo issues. it spools normally and still feels fast to me, probably because my previous car was an N/A auto sedan...gonna go fix the PS vacuum line though lol. safe to say, got what i came to this thread for. thanks
    • Agreed, I've never seen a 260RS specific manual. As GTSBoy said it will mostly be stagea other than the engine loom https://www.hgeconsulting.com.au/stageaservicemanual.pdf
