Backfire

hey guys

i have an r32 gts-t with a cat back exhaust, pod and BOV

my exhaust seems 2 backfire every so often wen i release the gas or brake slightly.

any suggestions as 2 why this happens. good or bad???

i've got a hks ssqv which is indeed atmo n ma car backfires due to the wrong air flow readin

haven't had problems wiht the car though just means i'm usin fuel alot faster due to the uncessary backfire:P

try adjustin the settin on the bov more harder rather than soft

ma bro in law has the same bov and his settin is on hard and he doens't seem to have backfire issues

not sure about blitz i know the ssqv has a lil nobby thing near the fins that allows me to adjust it

I bought a HKS EIDS (idling stabilizer) to fix the atmo misreading for my SSQV. When i get it fitted i'll let u know what results i get. I dont wanna plumb it back with that SSQV kit if i don't have to.

this will fix ur idling issues, but not the running rich problem...

you can tune the EIDS and force it to run leaner or richer.

pretty normal. lean overrun will make it pop.
