Power Fc Throttle Fail

Ive just installed a series one power fc (the one with rb25det on the case). When i turn on the ignition i get a fault with the throttle the engine check light also comes on, it is ok with the standard ecu but not with the power fc. I also have an active lsd in my car. Could it be a conflict with the tps wire for the active lsd. Any help greatly appreciated.

Ps my avcr gives a throttle error with the power fc but not with the standard ecu.

Problem sorted, bit of a dodgey connection.
