A Few Annoying Interior Rattles....

Im sure these are common probs with an easy fix, but none the less ive tried and failed!

The first is a very noisy rattle coming from inside the passenger door, very metallic sounding, its between the outside panel and inner metal skin, i stuck my hand up inside there and its some sort of coil thats doing it, which stops when the window is down, any suggestions??

The second is the sunroof interior cover is off its guides, how on earth do i get it back on???

Any suggestions would be great

i have been wondering for ages now. most of us have coilovers or stiff suspension, do rattle generated gradually over time due to stiff suspension? when i first had the car, it doesnt have any rattle at all. after a year of ownership , it rattle everywhere. Do everyone have this problem?
