Skirt In Front Of Front Shocka

i have to put my r32 through a vass report (engineers) the car is totally back to stock although he has said the skirt in the inside of the front wheel arch needs to be picked out and replaced and re welded back on. its the supprt panel underneath the battery, a little bit of guidance would be greatly appreciated as I am almost ready to give up on cars and invest in a bike (and i dont wanna do that i love my liner)!!!!

my comment is, my battery is in the boot...

but if its what im thinking, its part of the body, and if it needs to be replaced, then its like chopping off a chunk of one car to put on yours...

you can probably get a fabricator to make something up for cheaper...
