Spacers

hey peepz i just got a set of 4 wheels n tyres put on my car the other day and are 19inch lensos and the tyres are 245/35/19 and the front have spacers on them now i have noticed a sound which only i can hear at around 60khs to 80 or when im turning its kind of a light grinding noise its not very loud you need to have the stereo down and consentrate abit to hear it but its not a constant grinding sound it flutters. would its be the spacers or the wheel bearings gone all the wheels are tight and the brake pad arnt too bad would anyone have an idea?

make sure the nuts are tite. spaces usually take a while to seat properly. i almost lost a wheel on the harbour bridge lol.

i have tighten the bolts.... i also forgot to mention i have 2 3mm spacers on each front wheel which the tyre factory didnt have just a 6mm would that be the cause? i dont see it being a wheel bearing so early
