In a r33 gts-t I was wondering if installing a 255 L/hr fuel pump will make any difference performance wise. Current mods fmic, pod filter, 3.5" turbo back exhaust, ebc, stage three clucth, the stock turbo at 12 psi and evreything else stock. Would the fuel pump give any performance gains?

No it will do sfa, unless your car needs extra fuel.

Which yours will not.

It would be worthwhile upgrade however if you plan to upgrade your turbo and injectors in future.

You can get a small flow increase from the standard pump if you bypass the FPCM also.

if your stock pump is dying and leaning the mixtures out slightly you will lose a touch of power by fitting the new fuel pump, but you will also make the car much safer. it is best to stick it on a dyno and see what the afr's are like. if they are rich then there is no need to upgrade the fuel pump untill you start doing bigger mods.
