Hi everyone,

Just wanted to test the waters and see if there is anyone interested in trading down for my civic with money your way. Thinking of getting back into the seat of a nissan again as a weekend car. I barely get a chance to drive my little honda around and only have time to drive during the weekends, so I thought I'd splurge and get myself a fuel-guzzling, fuel inefficient, car. Here's some info about my car:

Car: Honda EK Civic 1997 CXi/Vtir

Location: Sydney, NSW

Mileage kms traveled: 107,000 kms

Extra Comments:

- jap spec si b16a conversion

- ek4 brake upgrade (replacing cxi rear drums)

- civic type r flywheel

- exedy heavy duty clutch

- tein ss coilovers (2200 kms travelled)

- ngk iridium spark plugs

- custom 2 1/4 inch cat back system with a high flow cat

- oz spec itr headers

- front and adjustable rear whiteline swaybars (with rear re-enforcement kit)

- honda access front lip

- ctr replica rear lip

- color coded moulds (bumper and side) and mirrors

- custom sri with highflow panel filter (courtesy of Bennjammin)

- bride replica seats

- skunk gear knob

- el dials

- DIY ctr headlights

- Pioneer DEH P8650MP Head Unit (less than a year old)

These are all the mods I can remember. Car is fussed over by myself as most people who know me can confirm. Oil is changed every 5000 kms and the condition of the car is very good for its age. Recently dynoed at 101.4 kws atw (by hypertune in Taren Point). An aftermarket computer will apparently increase this by 10+ kws as my car is running a tad rich at the moment.

Selling price will be $13000. So whatever the difference between ur car and this price, I will pay in cash.

swap for r33 gtr white in color with quite a few mods

done to it

Sorry catzilla, I'd love to trade with you but I'm afraid an r33 gtr is out of my price range. I'm looking for a car under $20 000. Thank you for your offer anyway.

    • @GTSBoy This method was able to get readings of -10 to -2, so it looks like its monitoring.  Now I need to figure out why the vacuum on the line provided isn't alternating with manifold pressure.  I went with 2 lines that an RB25 tuner recommended but I'll get a longer hose and try directly off the back of the manifold.  He may have been used to OEM intake setups while I have a DBW setup that removed the MAF and IACV.
    • I work at a car detailing and tinting shop called Quark which gets all manner of German cars in usually (mainly due to a contract with Mercedes Benz Kita Osaka, BMW Nishinomiya and others) but every once in a while something special comes in, like a fully restored 1972 HS30 Nissan Fairlady 240ZG... The shop owner had immediately started applying film to the windows as soon as it was in the shop so the interior was completely covered in towels and plastic sheets. But I could get a few photos of the engine bay which was restored like new. Such an amazing car to see in pristine condition in Japan these days.
    • Was going to say the car pulls up nicely everywhere, especially going into that last long right hander before the main straight. Looks like a lot of fun.
    • Hey Dave, welcome aboard! Good to see another soon-to-be Stagea owner here. The wagons are awesome — plenty of space, still got that Skyline DNA, and loads of potential if you’re into mods. Definitely post up pics when you get it, everyone here loves seeing new builds. What model/year are you looking at?
