A Duck

I have - I'm trying to remember.. from memory its a little dry like chicken but the meat is darker in colour.

Ha ha I had fried duck in plum sauce last night, it is the bomb. Yeah meat is a bit darker than chicken and has more flavour also. Most chinese restaurants do it, the Foo Wah on Collins road is always pretty good. Served on a bed of steamed rice is how I have it.Yum
