That was quick!!!

Cost's involved are: $250 for the compile alone..

$250 for the personal party tape which does contain ALL the shots included in the compile..

These cost's are to cover the compiling and editing, which as you can imagine are time consuming.......

So, you have three options to go with, compile alone, personal party tape alone or both together.....

Obviously cost will sway some people in one direction, choosing only one of the above....which for my money would be the personal party tape as you can show it to sponsors and they get to see the event as a whole with your car featured throughout!!!!

It's better for us if you buy both, but hey , it's you'r money....

Duncan and sav man, i should have an idea of you shot number's later today...Generaly it's around three minutes worth but can be more...remember each shot could be anywhere from 20 to 40 seconds depending on the section of road you were on at the time...

WIlly..

Did you have a chance to get an idea of the amount of footage yet? I'm still interested in the Personal Party Tape.

Hey sav man, I had a look and you car appear's approx 27 times on the cue sheets....

Working on an average of 30 seconds a shot, that equates to around 8 minutes....

duncan: still have to check you'r numbers.......

We had one done in '03 for sponsors and it was quite good... will have to check the pricing though because I believe it was more expensive than dat16. Had a bit of slow mo en all so good to have one done.

TT

SCTV bar fridge must have been dry that month!

Pity only management go near that fridge!!!!!!

In regards to pricing, It is now a flat rate of $250 for each.(compile or personalised party tape)

Obviously it would be $500 for both....

It used to be priced dependant on content, so Targa Tom probably had quite alot of shots in 03..

The process has been streamlined somewhat since then too...

Duncan: For 811 you have 23 apperances (including some "smoke", some "dirt driving" and something about a traffic island during the prologue???? ;)

832 has 15 goes at stardom also including the term "spinout" on the prolouge........ :P

I haven't looked at the shots yet so I'm going by what's written on the que sheets, although I was shooting at the "traffic island" at Georgetown and you weren't the only one's!!!

Hi guys,

I need to rectify a pricing issue, it has come to my attention that the original pricing was incorrect...

As it stands now it is $250 for a compile alone, and an additional $250 for a Personal Party Tape which includes the unedited compile as it has to be done anyway....

So it works out at $250 for a compile only....$500 for the Personal Party Tape which includes the unedited compile....

Sorry for any inconvience, I only found out myself a few days ago.... :)

Willy...

We got our compiliation DVD yesterday, it is excellent. Highly recommended

Question for you Tim, can we post excerpts on the internet? there is some funny stuff like mark running over gutters :D

    • You Gregged a whole racetrack!?
    • Look for broken wire or bad connector at the motor. Might not be it, but is worth starting there, as it is easy.
    • Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my R32 GT-R. Sometimes, when the car goes over a bump or experiences some vibration, the 4WD warning light comes on the dashboard. When I check the code from the control unit in the trunk, it shows Code 19 – ETS Motor. However, everything seems to be working fine — if I turn off the engine and restart the car, the light goes away and everything functions normally. Has anyone experienced this before? Where should I start troubleshooting this issue? Thanks in advance!
    • I'm back from the dyno - again! I went looking for someone who knew LS's and had a roller dyno, to see how it shaped up compared to everything else and confirm the powerband really is peaking where Mr Mamo says it should. TLDR: The dyno result I got this time definitely had the shape of how it feels on the road and finally 'makes sense'. Also we had a bit more time to play with timing on the dyno, it turns out the common practice in LS is to lower the timing around peak torque and restore it to max after. So given a car was on the dyno and mostly dialled in already, it was time for tweaking. Luis at APS is definitely knowledgable when it came to this and had overlays ready to go and was happy to share. If you map out your cylinder airmass you start seeing graphs that look a LOT like the engine's torque curve. The good thing also is if you map out your timing curve when you're avoiding knock... this curve very much looks like the inverse of the airmass curve. The result? Well it's another 10.7kw/14hp kw from where I drove it in at. Pretty much everywhere, too. As to how much this car actually makes in Hub Dyno numbers, American Dyno numbers, or Mainline dyno numbers, I say I don't know and it's gone up ~25kw since I started tinkering lol. It IS interesting how the shorter ratio gears I have aren't scaled right on this dyno - 6840RPM is 199KMH, not 175KMH. I have also seen other printouts here with cars with less mods at much higher "kmh" for their RPM due Commodores having 3.45's or longer (!) rear diff ratios maxing out 4th gear which is the 1:1 gear on the T56. Does this matter? No, not really. The real answer is go to the strip and see what it traps, but: I guess I should have gone last Sunday...
