Fine Tuning Of Bov Spring?

I have a GHB 500$ bov with ajustable spring and vent /plum back,but my question is how do u know where to tune the spring when u turn it?

ATM the spring is tight as it can be.its just the instructions that come with it are not real good .it says rev and watch revs come back to idle quick?

the spring tight will mean that ir release very little air, and pretty much no air at low load.

what mods do you have? if you only have light mods then set it softer.

My car is 96 series 2 with big dump,blitz 80mm exhaust,no cat what so ever,blitz one sided intercooler.and runs 13 psi no matter what i do since ive put both on

no other mods apart from coil epoxy and plug range 6 gap

I know the spring isnt rocket science but there must be a way to find the happy point?
