Yesterday at Wakefield, wasn't enough time to bite the nails but it was "heart in your throat" to watch!

I did a couple of 'loop de loos' of my own on the wet track in the morning... it's okay, I kept her on the track, she's still bootiful (car that is, I'm well past that :) )

damn that spin was a little to close for comfort... Did Liz only dump her coolant a few minutes before or something because they are normally pretty good at pulling warning everyone/cleaning it up when that happens.

also flash mobs always provide for funny moments :)

From what I could see, Liz realised she was dumping something (coolant) and deliberately went off the track moments before (and returned to pit off the track safely) the following three cars behind Liz lost control at the same point (due to coolant) and narrowly missed each other... although you don't see the third car, you can hear the screeching in the video clip. Brendan was very much a sitting duck in the line of fire... he was very very lucky.

There was only one flag point and that was the start/finish line - they stopped all cars and spread the cement dust out. I went out moments after and it was fine again, so that cement dust works wonders.

*I call it cement dust, it may be something else.

    • thanks for the advice on the box... i was thinking the 6 speed was better for cruising on the highway but on closer inspection and comparison the Rb 5 speed box was not too different...  So the choice is going to be the RB25 box... if I can save up and find one at the right price
    • Thanks Matt, yes that's what i am aiming for. Just going to apply the right voltage and grounds to the dash connector. Hence my search for these pins... any chance you know if these pins are in the same spot as the ones on the S15 Dash connector? as mentioned above on page 8?
    • Yes, unfortunately that's the one. Signal was noisy to begin with; after driving once and looking back at the logs I saw pressure constantly swinging between 0-200psi, or staying at 0 randomly for a few seconds. There's a lot of good sensors that share the same look and feel, so don't presume they're all bad. I bought mine for 20$ off Amazon and I should have read the reviews prior, as it's clear they're junk.  I purchased a lowdollerr motorsports sensor.
    • wedding eh.....I seem to get to more funerals than weddings or christenings these days....
