Rb20 Boost Limits

I am from the U.S. and I don't have much information on these engines in particular because they never were sold here.

I am looking for help from you experienced rb20 experts out there. What levels of boost would you say is it neccessary to switch to a metal head gasket? And when will I have to start worrying about the bottom end?

My current setup is:

FMIC

14lbs of boost

Some turbo I still haven't identified(non ceramic)

Custom 3" exhaust

Walbro Fuel Pump

z32 Maf

Chipped Ecu

And I know the stock injectors should be on my next upgrade list. Along with a reprogram for my ecu. Anything I am missing?
