Need Help On Convert Open Diff To Lsd

currently my a31 still running with rb20e auto.and what i planning to do is change my open diff to a vicous type lsd. my quetions are:

1) what diff should i get? r200? r180?

2) i saw from forum saying that abs type diff cant use onto the non abs car due to the long nose diff,isnt true??

3)any way to swap the abs type diff to a non abs type vehicle?

4)can just change the internal diff unit to a open diff housing?possibe?how?
