Rb25de Parts Exschange

hi guys,

i have a rb25 neo and a guy at my work has a rb25de and i just want to know if any parts are intachangeable??? he only wants 50 bucks for the engine. i know osmeone that can port and polish heads for cheap and was thinking of taking the head of the rb25de and getting the shit worked out of it and putting it on my neo 25. could this work and if so how hard will it be???

Not worth it and not really possible. The neo head is great how it is, porting and polishing is usually left big HP application and N/A's where flow is important.

I'd buy the motor and sell the head an the forums, you could get at lest $200 for it, as it's the best option for an r32 rb30 conversion.
