Why do you want to stiffen up the chassis? The Skyline chassis isn't that soft standard... From my little knowledge - a stiffer chassis doesn't automatically make a car handle better, it just makes it easier to setup the suspension right...

most skyline chassis which are 10+ years old would be getting soft and loose so to speak. They lose a percentage of their stiffness every year from normal driving and more so from racing. For a race car it is definitely worth doing and thats about the only car you would want to do it to.
