From my little knowledge - a stiffer chassis doesn't automatically make a car handle better, it just makes it easier to setup the suspension right... r33_racer Posted October 4, 2007 Share Posted October 4, 2007 most skyline chassis which are 10+ years old would be getting soft and loose so to speak. They lose a percentage of their stiffness every year from normal driving and more so from racing. For a race car it is definitely worth doing and thats about the only car you would want to do it to.
