LOL 4 seasons in one day kind of shit eh? :P

Speaking of which, FK OFF RAIN! I wanna use my day off for something constructive and do some more work to the 32 but noooooo, it has to keep raining doesn't it :P

haha yeah. im in the same boat, just had to DRIVE across the road to the mechanics to get a new battery, cos its too goddamn wet to walk.

Just bought another daily for work thanks to Google for exposing our work cars, lol.......you can even read the number plate that I've now blanked out, hahaha

So might keep this one for a run around or sell it if anyone's interested

pfffft....i hate joy riders.....

got a phone call today, someone found out my car was for sale, by word of mouth from someone on here.

i finished work early to make it home to meet him at 2.30

he looked at it, pointed out all the things the cops will defect it for, i was like, no shit! dickhead...

he asked why the radiator was hanging out, i said, ahhh....thats the intercooler champ......

any way, he insisted we go for a test drive, i take it easy for a while to let it warm up a little,

and he goes ''is that it?, its not fast at all''.....by this stage i was ready to tell him to f**k off and not worry about it.

but i kept my cool, and let him behind the wheel, BIG MISTAKE!

when its wet, we take it easy.....right?.....not this idiot...

i had it on low boost, and he still managed to loop it round on the newton rd/ gorge rd intersection!

that is the scaredest i have been in my life!

not for my safety, but for my car!

i told him to get out and i drove home.

where he insulted me by saying "its not what i expected''

it looks a bit ''ricerish'' for my liking......... :P

so i said no worries, its better off staying with me, and said good bye. :P

Well what a dickhead, that is just stupidity. He doesn't deserve to drive an import after stupid behaviour like that, i would be ashamed to be his friend if i was the one who told him about it.

I've had the inverse happen to me :P

I was keen on some blokes silvia, went and took it for a little drive around the block with him (it was down near lonsdale) and he's like oi go and snap second up this road, it slides pretty well for near stock :P

Meh it's a silvia man, they're all thrashed pieces of crap :P

What do you think I was buying it for anyway :P

As a side note, I do take it very easy when driving anyone elses car, but hearing that from someone selling a car was pretty funny

    • Thank you for the feedback bro. Looks like it’ll have to stay off the road till it gets an ecu
    • Only if you do not You will not be able to drive it with any serious load without risk of it pinging, which will either slowly or rapidly kill it, depending on how bad it is.
    • Hi guys, I’m new to the GTR scene. Picked up an R33 GTR earlier this year that needs a lot of love. I’ve been going through the hot side, changing all the gaskets and while it was all off I managed to score a set of -9s. It still had the stock ceramics so I was pretty happy to get the 2860s.  I live in a small country in the pacific with 0 performance car scene. No dyno’s no performance parts, let alone stock parts for a skyline. I order everything from Australia and do it myself. This means I’ll be running the stock ECU. Maybe down the track I’ll get an aftermarket set up and do a remote tune.  Will the car run -9s on stock tune safely?  I have a very heavy foot so I really hope so 😂   thanks guys
    • perfect, no rush to address the leaking bush then, it's not doing much/anything
    • I'm not sure if it will bolt up, but.... I'm reasonably sure that the ID of the runners is somewhat smaller on the NAs. So it probably wouldn't be a good match at the flange where the top and bottom meet. So that would be a reason to not do it. And the skinny runners would be the bit you're keeping, which would be a reason to no do it. You'd want the big runners if you were doing any work to swap stuff. Why not just use what you've got, like nearly everyone else who has +T'd an NA? You don't need or want the TCS throttle or other stuff that is specifically DET inlet/crossover.
