Tracy and I received 2 of the 5 offers on our house last night. Disapointing to say the least. But of course, the offers are from first home buyers stretching their finances, so they're not aware of how to play the game. We'll hear about the other 3 offers tonight (and 2 counter offers from last night). This is all from 15 parties that went ot the inspection on the Saturday. Looks promising despite the first offers got off to a bad start.

We hope to have a commitment from a purchaser by the weekend.
