Xbox 360 :(

hey my xbox 360 is stuffing up, i dont kno if any of you have had the same problem, but with a couple of my games, half way through and on juiced 2 it doesnt even load up, but the whole machine freezes up and then a page comes up and says the disk is un-readable (brand new games) and i took the xbox back where i got it from and they said there was nothing wrong with it? would it be worth calling Microsoft? or what?

Yep call MS and get em to fix it, they all have 3 year warranty now.
