Dedicated Gas

wanted to know if nyone has an idea if turbo cars can run dedicated gas and how much it would cost. I know gas has a higher octain so I really cant see any problems with it

It would cost too much to make the conversion feasible. Maybe think of buying and ex-taxi falcon already on gas...

G`day chris have seen some guy`s running RX7 on GAS.i saw them on the dyno at ROTOMOTION about 2 years ago .i did have a chat to john clements at roto & he thought that it would cost about $7000,that`s what i thought $7000 mind you $3000 back from both gov`s,so on pure gas you will lose some power.this is a GAS INJECTION SYSTEM.i will find out the company name&number them post it up so you can call them.hope this is of some help to you all.chuckie.

theres a guy on antilag, which runs a hilux with a rb20det and that runs purley on gas.

Seems to run tip top, still does a wicked skid but he did mention that cold starts are a little rough with the gas but still driveable.

By the time you've paid for a dedicated LPG setup, you could've got a killer N2o setup yo. Gonna get gas? Get n2O.

Give Graham West a call on 08 8277 5688. Dedicated gas is great and is much easier to tune than a dual fuel setup, turbo lpg applications are becoming common these days and there are some very quick turbo lpg car getting around.
